This time, we visited a place that I had never visited. I live in Candidasa and takes approximately 1 hour drive. Visiting Kemenuh Butterfly Park, Tegenungan Waterfall and Tegallalang in Ubud. To enter all this tourist attractions is not free. You must buy a ticket to enter. In Kemenuh Butterfly Park, you have to pay 100K IDR per person. The place is very beautiful and flowering with many kinds of butterflies.

At Tegenungan Waterfall, you have to pay an entrance ticket about 20K IDR per person. The scenery with a beautiful waterfall and to take a closer look at this waterfall you have to step thousands of stairs down. But all the hard work to go down will pay off with a beautiful view and you can capture and make memories of visiting Tegenungan waterfalls

In Tegallalang, you have to pay an entrance ticket of 10K IDR per person. Beautiful and green rice fields. You can explore and walk on the edge of rice fields, capture every moment. There are some extreme swings. You can try your guts, only with 100K IDR, you can feel flying over the rice fields which is very cool.

Short Trip to Tree Houses in Karangasem - Bali

The Temega tree house and Bukit Lemped tree houses are very beautiful and charming tourist attractions. Located not far from Tirta Gangga Water Palace and from Candidasa it takes more than 30 minutes. Ticket for entry are divided into two prices, local and tourist prices. In Temega it is 25K for tourists and 15K for local. In Bukit Lemped tree house are 15K for local and 50K for tourists. Inside the tree house area there is a Warung that sells snacks, local food and drinks. There are also mini-sports cars that can be rented, it costs around 200k for 15 minutes. The view from the top of this tree house is very beautiful. This tree house is a place that you must visit when you are in Karangasem.

Crazy Kangaroo Restaurant in Candidasa - Bali

Popular dishes such as Carpaccio, chicken florentine, fresh mahi-mahi or imported steaks that melt on your tongue. And special menu every week.

Bar that serves a good selection of cocktails. These include local and classic favorites such as arak attacks, blue Monday and long island ice tea. You can play pool tables for free. And, as a family-friendly restaurant, there are also several board games for kids to enjoy.

Entertainment every Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday starts from Traditional Balinese Dances, Fire Dancers, and Local Bands covering the 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, classic rock and pop and Pub Quiz every 2nd Friday of month. If you stay around the Candidasa area, you can request a free shuttle service.

The Beauty of Jagasatru Waterfall - Bukit Putung - Selat - Manggis - Bali

Jagasatru Waterfalls is located in Bukit Putung, Manggis. About 45 minutes from Candidasa to get to this place. Beautiful views towards the sea and also the coconut forest around from the entrance. 

To see this waterfall you have to go down hundreds of stairs. I (personally) have a fear of heights (phobia), but I try to get down and see the beauty of the Jagasatru waterfall. And all of that is not in vain. The beauty of this waterfall is very charming with the background sounds of birds and insects makes you calm in peace.

The bottom sides, there are some parts of the stairs that were under constructions and slippery due to mud after rain but that is not a big problem because the guide will helps you to get through this small obstacle. 

Hopefully, when you get there, the access is more guaranteed. And you too can enjoy the beauty of Jagasatru waterfall

This white sand beach is one of the beautiful tourism potential but unknown to many people and it is a new tourism spot in East Bali. Pantai Bias Putih is also called “Virgin Beach” is one of the beach you must visit to spend time relaxing, sunbathing, diving and snorkeling, as well as enjoy local food. There are no big hotels and restaurant. There are a few locals who selling souvenirs and some of them will offer a massage on the beach for relaxing. There are a few Warung owned by locals who sell fresh seafood catches everyday. This beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in Bali. Located between Candidasa and Amlapura, the entrance to the Beach also hidden, unless you get specific information. 10-15 minutes from Candidasa area with vehicle or one kilometer or more after the village Bugbug, you will see a small Board that reads "Virgin Beach". Kue Pisang Enak dan sehat (homemade)

Ini dia resep baru Banana Cake yang sangat enak dan sehat pula...

Bahan-bahannya pun mudah didapat. 

Apa saja sih bahannya?

1. Bahan kering:

Tepung terigu 350 gram

Gula merah halus 300 gram

Baking soda 1 sendok teh

Baking powder 2 sendok teh

Cinnamon 2 sendok makan

Pala halus 1 sendok teh

Garam 1/2 sendok teh

Walnuts 100 gram dicincang

2. Bahan basah:

Olive oil/minyak kelapa 300 ml (tergantung selera)

Pisang kepok 5 yang sudah matang

Telur 4 butir

Zested lemon 1 sendok makan

Vanilla extrak 2 sendok makan

Nanas 1 buah (dipotong dadu kecil)

Metode:

1:     Panaskan oven sampai 350° F (175° C), dan oleskan mentega ke loyang roti dan setelah itu taburi sedikit tepung terigu agar adonan tidak lengket pada saat proses pemanggangan. sisihkan

2:     Campur bahan-bahan kering di atas menjadi satu memakai penyaringan agar bahan tidak menggumpal. Tepung terigu, gula merah, soda kue, baking powder, garam, cinnamon, pala halus menjadi satu setelah itu tambahkan walnuts, aduk rata dan sisihkan.

3:     Dalam pencampuran bahan basah, pertama-tama hancurkan pisang matang dengan garpu sampai benar-benar halus. Aduk minyak olive oil ke dalam tumbuk pisang tadi dan campurkan

4:     Terpisah: kocok telur tambahkan zested lemon, nanas, ekstrak vanili ke dalam campuran pisang dan minya olive oil tadi kemudian aduk merata.

5:     Gabungkan dan aduk bahan mentah dan bahan basah menjadi 1 adonan sampai merata.

6:     Tuang adonan ke dalam loyang roti yang sudah diolesi tadi. Panggang selama 50 menit sampai 1 jam pada 350° F (175° C) atau untuk memastikan, bisa di cek kematangan kue tersebut dengan cara menusuk bagian tengan kue, apakah masih lengket atau tidak.

7:     Angkat banana cake yang sudah matang dari oven dan biarkan dingin selama beberapa menit.  Kemudian pindahkan banana cake dari loyang dan biarkan dingin sepenuhnya sebelum dinikmati
